Where the magic of theater comes home.

Theater in Your Own Backyard

The Backyard Theater Company was founded in 2025 by Luke LeBaron — a community theater enthusiast who wanted to share the joy and discipline of live performance with the next generation.

🎭

Full Productions

Every show features real scripts, singing, choreography, and costumes — a complete theatrical experience set in our backyard stage.

Theater Bootcamp

Preparation for each show is an intensive rehearsal bootcamp where your child builds real skills — stage presence, memorization, teamwork — that carry beyond the stage.

🏡

Community & Commitment

We expect every cast member to show up prepared and be available for performances. This is theater — it's joyful, creative, and taken seriously.

Luke LeBaron Founder & Artistic Director
Luke is 14 and has been performing in musicals since 2022. He just finished performing in his 11th show. He has a passion for all things musical: writing, sets, costumes, singing, acting, directing and choreography. In 2025, he launched The Backyard Theater Company with a free production of Beauty And The Beast for friends, family and neighbors. And plans just keep on growing for 2026. Hope you can join us!
"
"I've loved theater my whole life. This company exists to give kids the same gift — the confidence, the creativity, and the thrill of live performance."
— Luke LeBaron, Founder
